  1. Thanks to Dave Raggett for making this available.  It is 
  2. shaping up nicely.  A few comments:

  4. PANEL is like a Sidebar; it floats, as FIGs may.  It seedms
  5. to me that there needs to be a default anchor point (not
  6. the ANCHOR element, necessarily, just an anchor) for floats,
  7. such that one can say the object may be placed at that point
  8. or after, but not before.  
  9.  
  10. The same issue of anchor points pertains to <P MARGIN>, a
  11. marginal note.  Unless these have anchors in the text to
  12. which they pertain, they can be placed only by sticking them
  13. right into that text.  This is how I do my footnotes in Tex,
  14. but it isn't the clearest thing to read when you look at the
  15. file.

  17. I am confused by INPUT and the remark that it goes to make
  18. up Forms.  Would someone please give an example of usage?
